Jason is an original owner and has been at Monroe Court since 2004. Jason and and his family are very involved with Little League Baseball where Jason is a dynamite umpire and serves as President of the Lower Perkiomen Little League. In his spare time Jason likes to participate in triathlons and family events.
The President presides at all meetings of the BOD and the HOA and sees that orders and resolutions of the BOD are carried out. The President signs all leases, mortgages, deeds, and other written instruments and shall co-sign all promissory notices and contracts as the BOD may approve from time to time. Currently, Camco Management signs re-sale certificates and mortgage requests and advises the BOD when requested on all administrative items.
Scott and his family moved into Monroe Court in 2013. Scott is our resident realty expert for the Board. Scott enjoys sports in general especially Philadelphia teams and likes good food and wine.
The Vice-President shall act in the place and stead of the president in the event of the Presidents absence, inability or refusal to act, and shall exercise and discharge such duties as may be required of him the the Board.
Jim is an original owner at Monroe Court and has served on the board for over 10 years and as Treasurer for the last 7 years. Jim is an avid car collector and recently was married.
The Treasurer ensures that all monies of the HOA are deposited in appropriate accounts and dispersed as directed by resolution of the BOD. The Treasurer co-signs any promissory notes and contracts, keeps proper books of account and causes an annual audit of the HOA books by a certified public accountant at the completion of each fiscal year. He is the chief officer responsible for the preparation of an annual budget and a statement of income and expenditures to be presented to the BOD and to the membership at its regular annual meetings.
Greg moved to Monroe Court in 2014 and joined the Board in 2016. Greg is an avide audio/videophile and is a techie at heart. Recently he has started enjoying DIY auto maintenanace. He enjoys movies, wine and grilling on the deck.
The Secretary records the votes and keeps the minutes and proceedings of the BOD and HOA meetings. H/She maintains the Book of Resolutions, keeps the corporate seal for the HOA and affixes it on all papers requiring the seal. The secretary serves notices to the homeowners as provided in Article X of the By-Laws. H/She also keeps appropriate current records showing the Unit Owners of the HOA together with their addresses. The Secretary performs other duties as required by the BOD.
Jaime has lived in Monroe Court since 2009 with her husband Bruce and daughter Alexis. She is a native of Florida so she hates the cold. Jaime went to Penn State and is a former news anchor and sports reporter. Currently, she is a college professor at Lebanon Valley College where she teaches English and Journalism classes. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family.
At-Large members perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the BOD.
